Golf Trips to Phu Quoc

Phu Quoc has two excellent 18-hole courses — Vinpearl Golf Club in the south and Eschuri Vung Bau Golf in the north. A well-structured golf trip can fit both courses into 4 nights and still leave time to enjoy the island. Below are two example itineraries with pricing based on shared accommodation at around $50 USD per person per night.

4-Day Golf Trip — 2 Rounds

The Phu Quoc Double

Day 1Arrive Phu Quoc. Private airport transfer to hotel. Evening at leisure — Duong Dong night market is a 10-minute walk from most central hotels and a good introduction to the island.
Day 2Vinpearl Golf Club — 18 holes. Morning tee time (7:00am or 7:30am). Private transfer from hotel to course. Round includes caddie and shared buggy. Lunch at clubhouse. Return transfer to hotel in the afternoon.
Day 3Eschuri Vung Bau Golf — 18 holes. Early morning pickup (6:00–6:15am from central Phu Quoc) for the drive north. Round includes caddie, shared buggy and free lunch at the Eschuri clubhouse. Return transfer in the afternoon. Rest of day free.
Day 4Depart. Morning free — beach, town or pool depending on flight time. Airport transfer included.

Example costing per person (2 golfers sharing, weekday tee times, May–Oct):

Accommodation: 3 nights × $50 = $150

Vinpearl green fee: 2,800,000 VND ≈ $112

Eschuri green fee: 4,100,000 VND ≈ $164

Two Courses, Three Rounds

Day 1Arrive Phu Quoc. Private airport transfer. Evening to settle in — grab dinner near the hotel or head to the waterfront.
Day 2Vinpearl Golf Club — 18 holes. Morning tee time. Transfer included. Full round with caddie and shared buggy. Afternoon free.
Day 3Eschuri Vung Bau Golf — 18 holes. Early morning departure for the drive north. Eschuri is the more dramatic of the two courses — set on undulating terrain above Vung Bau Bay. Free lunch at the clubhouse. Return in the afternoon. Evening free.
Day 4Second round — your choice. Either a second round at Vinpearl, a second day at Eschuri, or a rest day with island activities — snorkelling, a boat trip to the southern islands, or a spa afternoon. GolfPQ can arrange any of the above.
Day 5Depart. Airport transfer. Morning free before checkout.

Group Trips & Society Golf

GolfPQ works with golf societies and groups from 4 to 20+ players. Larger groups need advance booking to secure the right number of tee times — both Vinpearl and Eschuri have limited morning slots on busy days. The earlier you book, the better the tee time options.

For groups, GolfPQ can also coordinate: multiple transfer vehicles, staggered tee times, on-course scoring support, and group accommodation blocks at hotels across Phu Quoc. Ask for a group rate — pricing improves with size.

What's Not Included in These Examples

The example costs above cover accommodation, green fees and transfers only. The following are additional and paid separately: flights to/from Phu Quoc, meals outside the clubhouse (Eschuri includes lunch; Vinpearl does not), caddie tips (~200,000–300,000 VND per round), golf club hire (~1,050,000 VND per set, paid at the course), and personal spending.
